What are your hours?

Monday through Thursday 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm, Friday 4:30-7:30 & Saturdays from 10 am - 12 pm

Where are you located?

Right of the 91 Freeway on Indiana Ave, between Tyler and Van Buren in Riverside

Can I try a class for free?

YES! We welcome all new students to try their first class for free!

Can I watch practice?

Parent Drop-Off Policy

For the safety and focus of our athletes, we recommend that parents drop off children aged 6 and older. We have found that parental presence can sometimes distract athletes and pose safety risks. Parents are welcome to stay and observe if their child is attending their first free class. For children aged 4 to 6 years, parents may also stay.

Please note that the gym and dance floor are closed practice areas, and visitors are not allowed on these floors.

Do you have a registration/membership fee?

Yes! Your one-time registration fee covers a t-shirt, shorts, and hair bow. Your annual membership supports additional perks, including post-class treats, birthday surprises, holiday goodies, and exclusive member events.

Why are you a "school" instead of a gym?

At Spirit Preparatory School, our vision is to EDUCATE, DEMONSTRATE, AND MOTIVATE our students. We are proudly licensed as a learning institution, not just a gym.

Do you have competition teams?

Absolutely! We compete in "Non-affiliated Recreational Cheer and Pom/Dance" and offer full-season Elite teams. For those new to competition, we provide prep classes to help students prepare for tryouts in the upcoming season. Our teams compete with top industry organizations like USA, Spirit Sports, JAMZ, and more!

What is the black horse and "Nightmares" about?

Our school mascot is a black horse named "Nightmare." Renowned for their hard work, strength, and perseverance, horses embody the qualities that align perfectly with our vision for the school.
